    Package Details

    • It is possible to select any hotel from the ones mentioned in this package. However, there may be rare instances where a room may not be available in a particular hotel on certain dates. In such a situation, we shall inform you and, with your consent, book a room in an alternate hotel.
    • When planning the itinerary, one may choose to first visit Makkah Mukarramah or Madinah Munawarrah, and the hotel and transport arrangements shall be made accordingly.
    • The package also includes Ziaraat of Makkah Mukkaharmah and Madinah Munawarrah.
    • We shall process the visa for all those who are eligible for tourist/ umrah visas by the government of the Saudi Arabia.
    • If you choose to obtain your visa independently, the visa fee shall be deducted from the package.
    • This package does not include an air ticket. However, we can provide guidance regarding the available options and prices at the time of purchase.

    Terms and Conditions

    • Check-in time for all hotels in 4pm and check out time is 12pm.
    • In most of the hotels near Haramain Sharifain, there are no standard triple & Quad rooms. All rooms are standard double rooms. Hotels convert these standard double rooms to triple and quad rooms by providing extra beds.
    • An extra requests like early check in, late check out, king bed, baby cot, connected rooms, beside rooms; all are depending on hotel availability on arrival.
    • Ziaraat includes places inside Makkah Mukarramah and Madinah Munawarrah where stay is only for a short duration. If someone wants to go for long stay at some point, he has to arrange a separate trip to that place himself.
